14-day window

Unopened products with intact seals can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Write to info@dermapicked.shop with your order number and we'll arrange a pickup.

Damaged, leaking or wrong items

Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement — no return pickup needed.

Opened products

For hygiene reasons we cannot resell opened products. If a formula irritated your skin, contact us anyway: we review these case by case and usually offer store credit.

Refund timelines

• Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• Cash on delivery: refunded by bank transfer within 7 working days of pickup.
• Shipping fees already paid are non-refundable unless the fault is ours.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch from your account or by emailing our care team.
