Shipping policy

How and when your order reaches you.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery is free on orders above ₹599.
Orders below ₹599 carry a flat ₹59 standard shipping fee.
Express delivery is ₹129 on every order.

Timelines

Orders placed before 2pm IST on a working day are dispatched the same day. Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days; express delivery takes 1–2 working days in serviceable metro pin codes.

Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking details once your parcel leaves our warehouse. Signed-in customers can also follow status updates under My orders.

Serviceability

We ship to over 24,000 pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable, our team will contact you within one working day with an alternative or a full refund.

Undelivered parcels

Couriers attempt delivery three times. If all attempts fail, the parcel returns to us and we refund the order value minus any shipping fee already incurred.
